The application of a liquid-waterproof membrane to the entire existing roof surfaces, as part of the extensive building reconstruction project (£28m).
Product Selection:
Following extensive evaluation, the BBA Certified Belzona 3111 Flexible Membrane roof system was selected.
As part of the overall package, additional work incorporated the use of Belzona 4141 Magma Build lightweight repair mortar. This product enabled extensive repairs around roof windows to be carried out prior to the application of the roof membrane system.
