Project Details
The application of a structural waterproofing system to podium decks, balconies, planters and walkways to numerous blocks within the town centre redevelopment. Provision of decorative finishes to some areas was also selected.
Product Selection
The products selection included a Stirling Lloyd Integritank waterproofing membrane and Stirling Lloyd Safetrack, to provide a resin bound gravel finish to podium decks and walkways.
Interesting points
The project was undertaken over a 3 year period, to match the various work phases on this redevelopment.
