Training / CSCS
BCL is fully committed to maintaining a trained workforce. Not only do managers hold CSCS cards but all employees are also CSCS operatives, trained to minimum NVQ2 status in the Construction Site Certification Scheme Cards. Regular assessments are undertaken to ensure all employees maintain training competence levels. Download more information about our CSCS cards here.
Health & Safety
BCL maintain high standards that satisfy current Health & Safety regulations. The CDM building regulations (Construction Design & Management) are adopted as the requirement to be met on ALL contracts, even those outside of the regulation’s criteria for compliance.

The company is committed to training our operatives and technicians with a high level of technical and health and safety expertise. We are pleased to have achieved initial Investors in People accreditation and subsequent re-accreditation.
